Sales are by mailed payment only -- please see the 5% Discount link above. We've temporarily scaled back our business to allow more time to take care of some pressing matters. At this writing (March 2011) we don't know how long this will last, but we expect it to be a few months. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Please note, we don't have a printed catalog, or anything printed that we can mail out.

Please don't contact us about ceiling fans. We don't have any connection to the business with a similar name that made them, and we don't know anything about them. So, much as we'd like to, we can't help you with anything regarding their products.

Please note we're in Pacific Time Zone. Regular hours are 9AM - 2PM Monday-Thursday; we're frequently in the office later, but rarely earlier, and we're often in on Fridays as well. Sometimes we're on the phone with someone else, or out doing something besides working, so if you get the machine, please leave a message and we'll call you back. Again, that's Pacific Time; if you call at 9AM Eastern time, we won't be here.
Fax: We rarely use fax anymore. Please use email if possible; if you have to fax us something, please contact us for a current fax number.
Snail Mail: Please don't ship merchandise here unless we specifically ask you to. Many of our products are shipped from elsewhere, and should they need to be returned, they usually need to go back where they came from.
