Gravity water filters are very simple, and simple to operate. Water is poured into the upper chamber, from where it goes slowly through the filter elements by gravity pressure, and drips into the lower chamber. From there it can be removed as needed via the spigot at the bottom.
We've recently (re-)added Doulton water filters to our offerings. We carried them some years ago, under the British Berkefeld name, and have been using one ourselves for some years.
